2017 Program Timeline

January - April 2017

Program promotion and awareness campaign.

April 14, 2017

Participation registration deadline.  Confirmation of registration will be emailed to the primary contact within the next business day.  Companies will then receive an invoice within 15 days (if applicable). Fees are due within 30 days of invoice receipt.

Registered companies choosing to withdraw from the process (by contacting a BCG representative), may do so by this date without incurring a withdrawal fee.

April 19, 2017

A Web link for the Email Upload Portal is emailed to the primary contact to upload employee email addresses for survey distribution. The deadline to upload the file containing the email addresses is April 21. Companies that need access codes will also request them via this portal (online option only).

Deadline to submit customization requests (optional).
Deadline to request alternate language surveys (if applicable).
Deadline to request surveying additional employees (optional).

April 21, 2017

Deadline to submit your company’s list of employee email addresses to BCG via the Email Upload Portal. This is also the deadline to request any access codes for employees without company email addresses (online option only).

Deadline to submit the Employee Eligibility Check List (paper option only).

April 21, 2017

A Web link for the BCG Employer Questionnaire will be emailed to the primary contact at each of the registered companies.

April 28, 2017

Paper version of the employee survey and pre-addressed, postage-paid return envelopes are mailed UPS to the primary contact at participating companies for distribution (paper option only).

May 5, 2017

Completed Employer Questionnaires are due. The EQ must be completed in order to be considered for the list.

May 12, 2017

Online Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Survey invitations are sent via email (online option only).

May 17, 2017

Deadline for paper version of the employee survey (paper option only).

May 26, 2017

Deadline for all employee surveys (online option only).

Late June 2017

Congratulatory and non-winner letters and/or emails are issued to the participants.

July/August 2017

The three part Employee Feedback Reports (if purchased) are sent to companies. Only parts one and two, the Employee Demographic and Employee Comments Reports, are sent at this time.

September 2017

Publication date for the Best Banks to Work For. The third part of the Employee Feedback  Report, the Employee Benchmark Report, is sent after the rankings are released (for companies purchasing the Employee Feedback Report package). The FREE Employer Benchmark Summary is also sent after the rankings are released.
